PAVILLION PARK SEPTIC and BATHROOM
- Removal of the existing cesspool
- Install new septic and pump system for pavilion bathroom
For the septic project, we are seeking individuals who are licensed, and experienced in all aspects of a project of this size. This includes the engineering and pulling contracts for the job. All work must meet the standards required by the EPA, State & County.
SEAVIEW COMMUNITY SIGN (AT THE LAWN)
- Design and fabricate a new sign for the Entrances to Seaview
We are looking for someone to make two signs that would be placed at each end of the Lawn, marking the entrance to the community from both directions.
HANDYMAN FOR SEAVIEW COMMUNITY PARKS (AS NEEDED)
- Handle any misc. park repairs as needed throughout the year
From time to time we need repairs to the structures in the community parks. We are looking for an individual or two, who would have a contract to do any small jobs that may come up through the year.
