May 12 Board Meeting Cancelled
THE MAY KSECA BOARD MEETING SCHEDULED FOR MAY 10TH, HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO LACK OF QUORUM. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED, THE NEXT REGULARLY SCHEDULED BOARD MEETING WILL TAKE PLACE JUNE 14TH AT THE PAVILLION AT 4:00 Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR THE 2018 AGM

Catering Needed for AGM
KSECA is seeking proposals for catered entrees for 125 that include a vegan/vegetarian option to be provided on Sunday, April 29th, 2018 during the Annual General Membership Meeting held at the Seaview pavilion. The allotted budget is $500. The Board reserves the right to purchase food from a commercial establishment. Deadline for proposals is March 5,

KSECA is seeking proposals to build and install a permanent permaculture educational installation at our pavilion park. It should include a map with tree and plant locations, tree names in English and Hawaiian, some useful information about seasonal fruit, how to use plants and educate about the importance of washing fruit because of rat lungworm

The final call for agenda items, articles, motions, and candidate bios (100 words or less) to be included in the newsletter is Monday, February 5th. Four Board of Directors seats are slated for election at the 2018 AGM. The Feb. 5th deadline for newsletter submissions also applies to Members in Good Standing who are interested
