PAVILION USAGE POLICY

To reserve the pavilion for your event, you must be a Kalapana Seaview Estates owner. For your event, please abide by the following rules:

  • No commercial activity (i.e., selling or charging for activities)
  • No amplified music without prior permission from the Board
  • Abide by park open and closing hours (dawn to dusk)
  • Events should be kept to a maximum of 50 people
  • Clean up after your event and take all trash and recycling with you
  • Park on edge of the road around park perimeter
  • Limit time unloading in disabled parking spot
  • No unleashed dogs; clean up any droppings
  • No open fires
  • Be respectful of neighbors and residents
By virtue of your reservation, you are agreeing to these rules.  Violation of these rules may result in loss of future reservation privileges and a cleaning fee being imposed
