To reserve the pavilion for your event, you must be a Kalapana Seaview Estates owner. For your event, please abide by the following rules:
No commercial activity (i.e., selling or charging for activities)
No amplified music without prior permission from the Board
Abide by park open and closing hours (dawn to dusk)
Events should be kept to a maximum of 50 people
Clean up after your event and take all trash and recycling with you
Park on edge of the road around park perimeter
Limit time unloading in disabled parking spot
No unleashed dogs; clean up any droppings
No open fires
Be respectful of neighbors and residents
By virtue of your reservation, you are agreeing to these rules. Violation of these rules may result in loss of future reservation privileges and a cleaning fee being imposed
